Kathy Laurence is from Brisbane in Queensland, Australia, and began writing children’s stories to entertain her own children when they were small. The enjoyment the stories brought her children inspired Kathy to share them with others. Kathy creates imaginative worlds and delightful characters from melodic prose. Her stories help readers understand and sense the world around them with wonder, curiosity, and hope.

Sabina Sagin was born in Melbourne, Australia. Classic children’s stories, history, adventure, and nature inspire much of her work. She holds degrees in Communication Design and Music. Growing up, she was surrounded by dogs and other pets, and her British bulldog Rosie keeps her company while she writes and illustrates stories for the next generation of readers.
