Tammy Spires resides with her husband and family in the highlands of NSW, Australia. She lovingly calls her home ‘the zoo’ because it is always filled with animals and children. Tammy is a learning support officer and a winner of Queensland’s ‘Creative Futures’ patronage award for children with autism. Her love of writing stories was ignited by her own children, and she creates tales inspired by Australia’s unique wildlife.
