Karen Kester MThPerf (UNE), BPrimEd (UOW) feels incredibly lucky living in the beautiful Northern Rivers, New South Wales, Australia surrounded by family and nature. When not teaching, she can be found working in theatre, or nurturing her garden by providing a haven for native wildlife and her palate. She loves writing stories that are heartfelt and humorous, containing hidden messages of sustainability and self-awareness. Karen believes that understanding nature is important to understanding our role in growing it.
