Jade Watt lives in Western Australia on the Shoalwater Islands Marine Sanctuary with her ocean-loving family of three. An educator, carer, marine tour guide, traveler, and part-time mermaid, she is fascinated with the marine world and the rich maritime history along WA’s coast. Jade has incorporated these passions into her working career as surf shop manager, Early Years Educator, tourism operator, and is now following her dream of becoming a children’s picture book author.
