Cheryl Polonski grew up in Sydney, Australia. Since becoming a mum and later a volunteer, she has loved watching children grow and develop. She trained as an Early Childhood Educator, and children would follow her around the playground as she enthralled them with rhymes and stories—some of which have been published in various anthologies. Today, Cheryl lives on a farm nestled in the hills of rural New South Wales, where the animals inspire her storytelling.
